This time of year is one of my favorites since I get to reconnect with SO many of my families!!! I met Drew & Lynsey quite some time ago when we were talking about wedding photography. Since then I have had the absolute pleasure of getting to know their sweet sweet boys Luke & Matthew and I am already looking forward to next year 🙂 On our last session, Drew was still building the outdoor fireplace, but it wasn’t quite complete. What perfect timing to have it ready to ‘fire up’ but for Christmas cards. yay!! Getting the fire going was quite the adventure especially since we were on a time crunch to beat the sun before it rose up over the trees. But it worked and we had a gorgeous roasty fire! The boys even got to roast marshmallows…or in Matthew’s case, he more like swept the fireplace floor with his…but it worked for him. LOL!!
