How We Make Photo Magic Happen

It's important that we are both on the same page to get the look & feel you want to convey to your audience. This is geared more for branding & commercial sessions. Getting to know each other prior to your shoot is a HUGE bonus...I always say, you MUST have a connection with your photographer in order to feel at ease in front of the camera. It also builds trust. We will go over location ideas, props if needed, outfits, shot list ideas and anything else that will make sure you have a super successful session.

We'll schedule a call to plan & strategize your photoshoot!

Step one: We plan it.

On the day of the photoshoot, I’ll coach you with minute to minute posing, and give you tips so you know exactly what to do in your images. Nothing is worse than hearing "just do your thing" or "sit and smile at me". Guidance is SO critical...even for seasoned subjects. LOL. You will feel natural & confident and it will show in your images.

Yep, taking photos should be FUN. And, your shoot day will be!

Step two: We shoot & have fun!

After your shoot, I will then get to work to provide you with professionally edited images for your use. Once your images are ready, you will receive an invite to your online gallery locked with a password created for you. You can save your images to your computer and/or phone and start sharing away. This is where the big time fun is! It's exciting to have your online brand reflect what you feel. I love this part!!
We will also discuss if you want printed products as well.

Step three: Post-Production

I've been creative/artsy/visual in one way or another pretty much my entire life. My journey as a professional photographer started in editorial fashion. After moving from Colorado to South Carolina, weddings were my main focus. I've received a handful of awards and have been featured in publications & blogs. Truly grateful!!
During this time, I also worked with a couple of record label companies working with several high profile music artists. Music is a HUGE passion of mine, so this was really cool!!

Since then, I have really focused on brand & commercial photography. As a multi-passionate entrepreneur, I understand the importance of having a strong brand presence especially in the online world.

I will always continue to do portrait sessions for individuals, couples & families. We always have a blast and it's great to know that I am helping my clients capture moments that they'll want to cherish forever!
