Summer is such a fun time for late afternoon sessions, but it is also time for those reoccurring afternoon showers. So it is not uncommon to have to reschedule a session due to rain, but it is rather uncommon to have to reschedule multiple times! On one the reschedule days, I met up with Layton and her mom. Layton and I walked around downtown and stopped at various locations to take pictures until Reid was able to join us and continue with the session. Just when we thought we were in the clear, raindrops started to fall…and then a LOT of them. Eventually it was more than just a light shower. Layton and I took cover under an overhang and chatted for a long time. After about 40 minutes, we figured the session just wasn’t going to happen. We met early the following morning to continue and we had the entire downtown to ourselves which was a lot of fun! I am sure the girls didn’t want to get up really early, but it worked out awesome and I am excited to share their photos.

Thank you Reid & Layton for a fun day…or days…or parts of days…haha!!! I truly appreciate you being so patient while the weather was quite unpredictable. I hope you two have a fabulous school year.
