I am inspired and energized by being around those who are in love.  This is one of the biggest reasons that I really do love engagement sessions and weddings.  Engagement sessions are so much fun because I really get to focus on just the couple and we get some time to really get to know each other.  It’s fun to hear about how two people met and learn about what they like to do together.  Jessica & Preston’s original date for the engagement session was back in December and we were going to meet in Asheville.  But as many of you know…the weather has been rather fickle lately…I think that may be an understatement.  haha.  We ended up rescheduling due to rain and dark skies.  On the day of the rescheduled shoot, it was going to possibly snow in Asheville and was going to be pretty cold, so we decided to change locations and do it here in Greenville.  The day ended up being fabulous, sunny and even a little warm…perfect!  I am pretty sure that Jessica and Preston heard me say “oh my gosh..the light is ahhhmazing over here and over here and…” about 100 times.  It really was.

I am super excited to share the slideshow and a handful of photos from their session.  I cannot wait until the big day!!  Thank you both for making the afternoon so much fun 🙂
