The look of love. That is the song I thought of as I was leaving Peggy & Rob’s wedding ceremony at Pretty Place. I kept thinking of these three words as I was editing their photos to get ready for the slideshow. The way that Peggy & Rob look at each other says LOVE…a good solid love. It was a beautiful thing to watch them while officiant Danielle Baker read their letters to each other. While Peggy was getting ready, Rob was outside opening his gift. This was a gift that Peggy was really excited to give to Rob and it was awesome to see his reaction. His gift was a beautiful red leather fine art album that contained Peggy’s Toujours session photos. Rob said over and over “Oh my gosh!! She is so beautiful!”. He then said “Wow, I am a lucky man.” It was super sweet. During the ceremony Peggy & Rob took the lid off the jar containing ashes of some things they both wrote down. They wanted to put down on paper that which has held them back or any sort of ‘baggage’. They decided it was time to let that go. They were starting a new life together and this was a way to symbolize their commitment to doing just that. Peggy & Rob released the ashes over the mountains setting them free. What a gorgeous day and an even happier couple! Congratulations to you both!! It was an honor to be a part of your big day.
